Hey folks!
Had a good couple of interviews this and last week, and some of them have gone live. If you missed them, they are below.
Quick reminder that I’m not announcing new episodes of Ronin Digital Express via rent*space anymore, mostly because I don’t want to clutter your inbox multiple times a week. I’m a sweetheart like that.
If you want to be notified when new episodes are published, you’ll have to subscribe to the Ronin Digital Express publication on Substack.
Otherwise, keep an eye out on my socials; I usually post Mondays and Tuesdays about new episodes.
We’re currently in the middle of a super-sized chapter called Legendary Ronin Warui Hito.
I imagined this one as a sort of "X-Men Annual” for Ronin Digital Express. Extra big, self-contained, and hopefully memorable.
Personally, I think it’s among my best work on the series thus far.
Here’s a preview:
For the rest, you’ll have to jog on over to Ronin Digital Express.
Recent media appearances
Okay, first up I did a pretty lengthy interview with independent comic creator/editor Brittany Matter for her Substack newsletter A Matter of Fiction.
Highlights here: I went in-depth talking about the origins of Ronin Digital Express, its genre influences, and some of the tropes I’m trying to weave in.
We also talked advice for other up-and-coming creators. Mine was fairly straightforward.
I also gave Brittany a few sneak peeks of upcoming Ronin Digital Express episodes, so that alone is worth your ticket, friendo.

Second, I was invited onto The FAQs Project show with host James Boyce.
We talked about Ronin Digital Express as well, but the highlight here for me was talking more about entrepreneurship and hustle in the comics industry.
We went back and forth quite a bit talking about innovative ways to get stories to audiences, and got a little irreverent toward the end (hey, it’s me).
James asked really good questions and I absolutely loved this interview. You can check it out on Apple Podcasts below:

Like/subscribe, all the stuff for the Grandmaster as well.
I recorded another podcast episode this week, but I think it might have gotten swallowed by the internet. Currently trying to figure that out, so I won’t say more in case we can salvage it or reschedule.
In any case, there are more interviews on the books for the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
Have a great weekend, everyone. Be good.
