Happy holidays from Toshiro Mifune and the Green-Eyed Ronin

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to stop by and say Happy Holidays.

This year has been a real shit show, but if you're reading this, it means you survived. 

If you've been lucky, consider spreading the holiday spirit and donating to a local foodbank. I read somewhere that even just a few bucks can cover a family for like a day.

If you're in Madison, Second Harvest does a great job. 

Anyway, my friend Rick Quinn sent me this image of Toshiro Mifune wearing a Christmas sweater, and requested that I make it canon to the world of Ronin Digital Express.

I would love nothing more, but that's not the kind of comic RDE is. So please accept this Christmas card instead:

Progress on the next episode of Ronin Digital Express has been slow. I've been busy doing some day job stuff and drawing avatars to support another charity (if you want in on that, see here).

But, I'm going to use the extended holiday weekend to make a big dent. I'll have an update for you shortly thereafter.

I really appreciate your patience. It takes time to put out work I'm really proud of, and I know with so much content out there it's easy to veer away from artists that don't update as often.

I'm very grateful to those of you who stick around because you see something in my work that you want more of, even if you have to wait. It just makes me want to work that much harder to make the wait worth it.
